Tecnosint Group Srl is the only company in the world capable of manufacturing both abrasive wires with different diamond or silica carbide concentrations and finished brushes in its plants; this means that the product can be customised to suit the material that needs brushing, the requested finish, the type of machinery used and the multiple customer requirements.
Our brushes are conceived to achieve the best performances on matte, satin and antique ceramic surfaces.

BACK TO THE MAIN LISTDIALON brushes
The diamond wire is produced in various typologies, among which “DIALON” (available in diameter 1,8 mm only and with maximum possible diamond concentration), suggested for the usage on ceramic surfaces.
Due to the high diamond concentration, these brushes combine very high removal power and cleaning capacities.
They are available with resin (Hard brush) or without (Soft brush).
SIC BLACK brushes
The “Sic Black” Silica Carbide wire is produced with a very high abrasive concentration which varies between 2 to 0.75 mm in diameter, depending on the carbide particle size.
“SIC BLACK” brushes are highly used on “TOP LAPPATO” surfaces, both for roughing and finishing; these brushes are capable to brush the totality of the surface, in order to have the most homogenous and clean effect.
They are available with resin (Hard brush) or without (Soft brush).
EASYFLEX brushes
Finally the last arrival among the various wires produce by Tecnosint Group: “EASYFLEX”, the only rubber wire in the world.
To Witness the continuous evolution of our products, “EASYFLEX” brushes combine the features of the traditional brushes with the high final surface colour achievable by the usage of the classic rubber tools “PIOLI”.
They are available with resin (Hard brush) or without (Soft brush).
